Youth Conversations on the Hoo

Youth Conversations on the Hoo

Following on from the Greening the Gateway launch event (GIFT-T!) in collaboration with Emergent Research and Mindful Maps, I co-hosted a day of conversations with pupils at the Hundred of Hoo school.

The purpose for the day was to give young people the opportunity to become more conscious of their relationship with the Peninsula as well as to articulate and share how they felt about it. And to harvest the insights as a way of feeding into the Green Infrastructure Business Plan.

We talked with about 50 young people (aged 11-16) in small groups in the drama hall. The images below give you a flavour of the conversations.
